Showdown — Angus Cook-Off

  • Teams of four (4) to six (6) participants compete in a cook-off

  • You can sign up at the competition

  • Participants will be provided with two (2) steaks and a gas barbeque as well as utensils. Steaks are available from the show office the afternoon of the competition if teams wish to prepare/marinate them.

  • Participants are encouraged to bring your own spices and ingredients for marinades, garnishes etc. and to provide recipes to the CJAA if requested.

  • Costumes are encouraged

  • All entries are judged by a panel of judges
